Prepare Your Affairs creators Corey and Katie are excited to invite anyone whose spouse or life partner has died to this June 23rd Life After Loss Conference: Moving Forward After the Death of a Lifelong Partner. Our goal is to help attendees:

• Connect with others who have experienced similar loss

• Identify pathways to healthy healing

• Discover ways to grow from this difficult experience

• Learn about resources to help manage life without your beloved partner

Having lost their previous sweethearts to cancer in 2016, Corey and Katie understand the heartache, struggle, and burden of managing the unique challenges of widowhood and want to provide a place for others connect, heal, grow, and learn from their journey.

Following are key details of the conference:

• Who may register: Anyone who has experienced the death of their lifelong partner/spouse

• Venue: Washington Street Conference Center — 102 SW Washington St, Hillsboro, Oregon 97123

• When: Friday, June 23, 2023, 9am to 4pm

• Cost: $10 Per person (scholarships available upon request) thanks to a partnership with Washington County’s Disability, Aging, and Veteran Services department and the Oregon Older Adult Behavioral Health Initiative

• Food: Continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks

• Transportation: Parking is free and a MAX light rail stop is next to the conference center

• Cancelation Policy: A full refund will be provided for cancelations made by June 16, 2023. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after June 16th.
